**Cancellation Charges**  

1. Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment:  

   - A fee equal to **25% of the service cost** will be added to your account and applied to your next appointment.  

 

2. **Same-day cancellations (on the day of the appointment):**  

   - A fee equal to **75% of the service cost** will be charged and applied to your account, to be settled before or during your next appointment.  

 

**No-Show Policy**  

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and the **75% charge** will apply.  

 

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling to help us accommodate other clients. Thank you for respecting our policy and helping us maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone.  

 

**Note:** The cancellation fee ensures that our stylists’ time is valued and compensated for missed opportunities to serve other clients.
